By accessing or using the services provided by The Gatekeeper Enterprises, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our relationship is governed by clarity and strict technological parameters.

1. Service Provision

We provide digital architecture, hosting, and systemic maintenance. Services are rendered "as strictly defined" in specific SLA documents drafted per client.

2. Limitation of Liability

The Gatekeeper Enterprises designs robust systems to mitigate failure. However, we cannot guarantee absolute immunity against highly sophisticated, coordinated cyber anomalies or systemic hardware fail cascades outside our immediate perimeter. Our liability is at all times limited to the systemic control extent explicitly outlined in the client SLA. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

3. Governing Law

These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from structural contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
