This Service Level Agreement outlines the parameters of structural support provided by The Gatekeeper Enterprises. Our mandate is the preservation of your digital ecosystem.

  • Automated firewall rule evaluation

2. Response Times

In the event of an anomaly or structural breach, our response protocols are immediately engaged. Resolution tracks depend on your active Gate Level:

Critical Incidents (Downtime)

Black Gate: < 15 Minutes | Gold Gate: < 2 Hours | Bronze Gate: < 4 Hours

Standard Maintenance Requests

Resolution within 24-48 hours depending on scope complexity.

3. Monitoring & Exclusions

We deploy automated sensory systems to detect resource exhaustion and malicious traffic patterns. Exclusions apply to third-party API outages outside our infrastructure control, user-generated content errors, and direct client codebase modifications outside version control.
